Our company is available for your event whether it be a cocktail party with passed hors d’oeuvres or a 20 course meal. From elegant to rustic we match the mood of your event and custom design your event. We are well versed in many cuisines with a specialty in Mediterranean food influenced by the Sardinian life and culture of the Founder.
The Zafferano & Co. consortium exclusively works with 5 star and Michelin starred chefs who vigilantly adhere to the authenticity of quality products and experience.
On occasion clients have been surprised to learn that pasta is not the central character in the true Italian/Mediterranean theater of cuisine. Our delectable dishes primarily employ exquisite non GMO meats and vegetables grown in the Italian tradition of millennia. How We Work
Creating your Event together
• We will work together to decide on the location, time and date.
• We will create and decide on the menu and beverages.
• Determine the staff required for the event and best options for rentals like flatware, dishes etc.
• Our team will bring in our supplies and set up the event.
• We will graciously serve and cater to your needs.
Finalizing the Event
• We will finalize the menu and pricing and share a contract/proposal with you.
• Upon receipt we request a 50% deposit to secure the date and event.
After the Event
• Our team packs up all rentals preparing them for pick up.
• Our team breaks down and cleans bars and serving areas.
• Our kitchen staff cleans the kitchen leaving it in tip top shape.
Upon conclusion we will part and you will have the satisfaction of a relaxing and enjoyable experience chosen by you and executed with pleasure by our esteemed team.
