
Meet Master Chef Gianluca
Chef Gianluca Deiana is an Italian chef with real training, international hospitality experience, and over 8,000 students taught.
He trained in Italy under Antonello Frasconi, his mentor throughout culinary school, and completed a stage with legendary chef Gualtiero Marchesi.
He later worked in London and moved to New York in 2000, where he developed wine bar concepts focused on Italian food and wine culture.
He has worked as a private chef for high-profile clients including Luciano Pavarotti, Dwight Merriman, and Pepito Rossi, and is currently developing a luxury hospitality and winery project in Sardinia.
