A spun cheese made from fresh sheep's milk, combined with the sweetness of pistachio. Aged for a month, it is embellished with small pieces of roasted Italian pistachios. Its short maturing gives it a pleasant chewing and reveals the unique flavor of sheep's milk. Pistachio reveals subtle salty and toasted notes. The Pecorino al pistacchio is offered in a whole piece of approximately 1.3 kg under vacuum.
