Using an ancient recipe from Marche, Filotea pasta is made from the freshest eggs and finest flour (including durum wheat semolina). Spaghetti with Squid Ink - long square pasta strands - colored and flavoured with squid ink, giving them a beautiful, deep black color and the flavour of the sea.
