Using an ancient recipe from Marche, Filotea pasta is made from the freshest eggs and finest flour (including durum wheat semolina). The artisan manufacturing results in a pasta that is incredibly light and easy to digest, with a textured surface that helps absorb any sauce, thus exalting the flavour of all the ingredients in your recipe. Tagliatelle - long, flat pasta ribbons. Traditionally served with Ragu / Bolognese sauces. Enjoy "al dente" - be careful not to overcook.
