Tomato puree 446 mL “Passata di pomodoro” from bio-musical agriculture Traditional organic tomato puree made from long-stemmed tomatoes characterized by a compact flesh with a sweet and delicate taste and a variety of round tomatoes that give a bright color and velvety texture. The tomatoes are grown entirely in Posta Faugno on fields in organic rotation and are harvested by hand in the months of July and August at the best time of ripening, preserving flavors and nutritional properties. In addition, all the tomatoes in our jars are grown according to the procedures and standards of ARMONICOLTURA® controlled at each phase of work to give the product an authentic taste. Ideal for preparing traditional sauces with a sweet taste and a creamy consistency.
