Our Master chef instructor will teach you how to make the perfect Sicilian Meatballs and Tomato Sauce from scratch. Fun fact: the incorporation of pine nuts make this meatball recipe distinctly Sicilian. Your meatballs will be served over a plate of spaghetti (not made from scratch).
But that's not all! Chef Gianluca decided that Meatballs were not enough for you to master in just one class. So he will be surprising you with an Italian dessert that is nothing short of lit (pun intended). We'll give you a hint. There will be stone fruits, zabaglione cream, and a little bit of alcohol. You'll just have to join us to find out the rest.
