Chef Gianluca Deiana Abis
Gianluca was born in Sardinia (Italy) and grew up spending more time in his grandfather's restaurant than his own home. The energy of the restaurant life was addictive, and he knew he had found his calling. He eventually graduated with honors from the I.P.A.S Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Statale (Arzachena - Costasmeralda), One of the top culinary art institutes in Italy.
Chef Lyuba Vitelli
Chef Lyuba offers a pasta making class in NYC, drawing on her extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry. Master chef Gianluca Deiana Abis trained her, and together they traveled all over Italy before settling in Sardinia. Inspired by the Italian cuisine and lifestyle, Chef Yyuba now sources unique and exciting flavors from Sardinia and all over Italy, including locally-sourced, organic, non-GMO ingredients and artisanal products. Her passion is to share these ingredients and her love of Italian cooking with others, bringing families together around a long table to enjoy delicious food. As Lidia Bastianich says, "Tutti a tavola a mangiare!"
