The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only). Please note that drinks are limited to one bottle of wine per pair. While we welcome you to enjoy your favorite drink during the class, please keep in mind the safety of yourself and others. We kindly ask that you drink responsibly and in moderation :)
Cancellation and reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Tickets are non-refundable.
Fettuccine alla Bolognese Hosted by Chef Lyuba
Chef Lyuba offers a pasta making class in NYC, drawing on her extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry. Master Chef Gianluca Deiana Abis trained her, and together they traveled all over Italy before settling in Sardinia. Inspired by the Italian cuisine and lifestyle, Chef Lyuba now sources unique and exciting flavors from Sardinia and all over Italy, including locally-sourced, organic, non-GMO ingredients and artisanal products. Her passion is to share these ingredients and her love of Italian cooking with others, bringing families together around a long table to enjoy delicious food.
