ABOUT THE EVENT
Experience the true spirit of Italian cuisine in this hands-on pasta cooking class hosted by Italian Master Chef Gianluca Deiana.
In this immersive culinary experience, you will learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta from scratch and pair it with two of the most iconic sauces of Roman tradition: Pasta alla Gricia and Carbonara.
Both dishes are pillars of authentic Roman cuisine and represent the beauty of Italian cooking at its finest. Gricia, often considered the ancestor of both Carbonara and Amatriciana, is made with guanciale, Pecorino Romano, and black pepper. Carbonara, one of the most celebrated pasta dishes in the world, is prepared in its authentic Roman style with guanciale, Pecorino Romano, eggs, and black pepper. Together, these two classics show how true Italian cuisine is built on technique, balance, and exceptional ingredients.
During the class, Gianluca will guide you step by step through the preparation…
