Malvasia delle Lipari DOC What It Is Malvasia delle Lipari DOC is one of Sicily’s most distinctive island wines, produced across the Aeolian archipelago from Malvasia di Lipari with a small but traditional contribution of Corinto Nero. The denomination includes dry and sweet expressions, but its historic identity is inseparable from naturally rich, aromatic wines and especially Passito, where ripe grapes are concentrated before fermentation to intensify perfume, sweetness and
