The Italian Gnocchi Experience
Discover the art of traditional Italian gnocchi in a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Gianluca.
During this experience, guests will learn how to prepare fresh potato gnocchi from scratch using authentic Italian techniques. The class covers each stage of the process, from selecting and preparing the ingredients to creating the dough, shaping the gnocchi, and cooking them properly.
Participants will also learn how to prepare a homemade Italian sauce designed to complement the finished dish.
As a special welcome, each guest will receive one complimentary glass of Prosecco, offered by the house.
