The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
Cancellation and reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Tickets are non-refundable.

There is a reason so many restaurants put Risotto on their menus - it’s not a dish most people attempt to cook at home! Risotto has a reputation for being fussy as it requires a lot of attention and stirring.
However, Risotto really is the perfect dish for all seasons. All you need is to master the base technique and the possibilities are endless!
There's no better way to learn how to make the perfect Risotto than from our Master Italian Chef instructor. Class will begin with an intro into the cultural significance of the dish you will be making, Risotto alla Milanese (from Milan). The key ingredient that makes this Risotto different from any other is the incorporation of saffron, giving it the perfect golden hue. Served with Cremini mushrooms, you will have the most delicious meal, which will be difficult to stumble upon anywhere other than the city of Milan itself.
By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence to try mastering your own Risotto at home using only the best ingredients. Plus, you'll have learned new recipes that you'll be sure to practice making at home again and again.
And, Chef Gianluca decided that Risotto was not enough to teach you how to master in just one class. So he will be teaching you to make an Italian dessert that is nothing short of lit (pun intended). You will enjoy flambé peaches or Strawberry served with zabaione cream, covered in gato' (caramel & nuts). Simply delicious!
