8 Live fresh water shrimp Amaebi (sweet shrimp)
8 slices of lemon
8 fresh sesame leaves
1 tbs ikura ( Salmon eggs )
Remove the shell of the shrimp.
Place the sesame leaves on a plate and then place the the slices of lemon on top.
Now carefully place the meat of the shrimp on top of the lemon.
Spoon a small bit of the ikura on top of the shrimp.
Drizzle some lemon juice on top and enjoy.
